What should I do if I see flames, smoke, or a downed power line?
Leave the building and call 911 immediately. Do not go near a downed line for any reason. For a downed line or a problem on the utility side, also call your electric utility.
What counts as an urgent electrical problem?
Sparking or arcing outlets, burning smells from electrical equipment, exposed live wires, unexplained power loss, and flooding near electrical systems. These deserve a professional look as soon as possible.

What if my problem happens outside business hours?
For anything dangerous — fire, smoke, shocks, downed lines — call 911 or your electric utility right away. For everything else, call or message us and we will follow up when we open; urgent repairs go to the front of the line.
