Austin & Garret (?) were wonderful. They had an emergency call the day of my appointment & called to let me know they would be late. The call came a few hours before my expected time so there was zero inconvenience to me. And they were only about a half hour off the expected time. They fixed my issue & and explained what was wrong. We've had a hiccup (no fault of theirs!) and they are fixing it today (the day after the original cal!). They cleaned up after themselves, were polite, courteous and kind. We were assigned them by our home warranty company & will be our go electrians moving forward. Cannot recommend them more!

I had exhaust fan issues in my bathrooms and a faulty GCI outlet. The electricians were very professional, they educated me on issues and proper maintenance of my exhausts. They even worked directly with my home warranty company to add on a last minute fix of my broken doorbells. They were great and I would definitely recommend!

Today I received service for my exhaust in both my bathrooms. The technicians that came to my house was fast efficient and very polite. Did some deep cleaning to one of my exhaust that has not been working for maybe five years and resolve both of my issues within an hour and a half possibly two because they had to make a trip to get one of the pieces to complete the job they went above and beyond. I will recommend them for future work in my home and also to other people that may need electrical work . It was a pleasure meeting you guys thanks so much!

FANTASTIC service! My homeowner's warranty sent Couillard out to fix my bathroom ceiling fan. Austin was GREAT! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me and also looked at some other projects I had in my home and is providing a quote. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Couillard Electric!

Had a Great experience with Couillard Electric today. Couillard was assigned to us through our Home Warranty company. They arrived on time, gave us a heads up prior to their arrival, and worked quickly. They took the time to show and explain what the problem was and they made sure everything was in working order before leaving, they also cleaned up behind themselves. Very thankfully to have our stove/oven working and electric safe. Thank you to Tony and Austin!

I scheduled appointment with Couillard Electric LLC on 9/4. They arrived on time. They called prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. Tony took the time to explain what the problem was. It was not the electrical outlet, but the garbage disposal. Apparently, something got stuck in the blades. He took the time to dislodge what was causing the issue. Explained how to fix it if this happens again. Made sure everything was in working order before leaving and put everything back under the sink. Thank you, Tony!

Went through insurance to get my outlets fixed. Ultimately my insurance denied it, but I was still provided a lot of information and my entire house's electrical system was given a look over. I will likely be contacting them to just replace my outlets out of my own pocket. Great experience.
